Account Creation

This guide will walk you through setting up your account and getting started with Navigable AI.

Sign Up

You can sign up for a Navigable AI account with your email and password.

  1. Go to the Navigable AI sign-up page.

  2. Enter your valid email address.

  3. Add a password that's at least 8 characters long.

  4. Re-type your password in the confirm password field.

  5. Check the box that to agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  6. Optional: You can enhance your account security by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) during registration or later in your account settings.

  7. Click Sign Up. If all the information is correct, you will receive an email with a link to verify your email.

  8. Go to your email inbox and click the link to verify your email. You will be signed in and redirected to Navigable AI.

If you see the Organization select page, you're account has been created successfully!

If you enabled two-factor authentication, you will be prompted with a two-factor authentication code for your subsequent logins.

If you have received an email invite link to join an organization, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Join organization_name button in the email invite.

    If you already have an account linked to the email invite, you will be signed in automatically and added to the organization.

  2. If you don't have an account, you will need to set your password. Enter a password, confirm it and click on the Set Password button. Optionally you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

  3. If the password was set successfully, you will see the success message and be redirected to the application.
