Welcome to Navigable AI, operated by TECHORION AI LLP. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Information

• Ownership: Navigable AI and all related intellectual property rights are owned by TECHORION AI LLP.
• Governing Jurisdiction: These T&C are governed by the laws of India.

2. User Accounts and Access

• Eligibility: Accounts can only be created by individuals aged 18 or above or authorized representatives of organizations.
• Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any activities under their accounts, including those of associated organizations.
• Account Suspension/Termination:
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice in cases of T&C violations, misuse, or use for illegal purposes.
  • Users will be notified of suspension or termination after the fact.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Billing Terms:
  • Subscription plans operate on monthly or annual billing cycles at the organization level.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• Non-Payment: Services will be stopped, and access to organization data will be restricted until payment is made.
• Refunds and Cancellations:
  • No cancellation notice period; users can cancel at any time.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Taxes and Charges: All payments include applicable taxes and charges.

4. Usage of the Service

• Prohibited Use: Using Navigable AI for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension. Users must adhere to our Content Guidelines and must not upload content that violates these guidelines.
• User-Generated Data: Users must ensure their content is free from offensive, illegal, or harmful material.
• Service Interruptions:
  • High uptime is a priority but not guaranteed.
  • No compensation will be provided for downtime, and usage limits will not be deducted during service outages.
• Feature Changes: Navigable AI may add or remove features at its discretion. Users will be notified of major changes via email.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

• Data Ownership:
  • User-uploaded and generated content is owned by the organization within which it resides.
  • For fine-tuned models:
    1. If a third-party API key (e.g., OpenAI) is provided, the fine-tuned model is owned by the OpenAI organization associated with the API key.
    2. If no third-party API key is provided, fine-tuned models are owned by TECHORION AI LLP.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: TECHORION AI LLP is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete user data. Model accuracy depends on user inputs and fine-tuning processes.
• Data Security:
  • Data is transferred over HTTPS and stored on encrypted servers with AES-256 encryption.
  • TECHORION AI LLP is not liable for any security breaches.

6. Intellectual Property

• User Rights: Users can use content and models generated using Navigable AI for lawful purposes.
• IP Violations: Users found infringing TECHORION AI LLP’s intellectual property rights may have their access suspended.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• Service Disclaimer: Navigable AI does not guarantee error-free or perfect outputs.
• User Responsibility: Users and organizations are solely responsible for ensuring AI outputs, workflows, and other generated or uploaded content comply with industry standards, are free of illegal material and comply with copyright laws.

8. Termination of Services

• Conditions for Termination: Accounts may be terminated for T&C violations, non-payment, platform misuse or illegal activity through usage of the platform.
• Data Post-Termination:
  • User data will be deleted immediately upon account termination.
  • Organization data will be retained for 30 days, during which the account may be reopened. After this period, all organization data will be permanently deleted.
• User-Initiated Termination: Organization administrators may terminate their subscription at any time via the billing page.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

• Governing Law: These T&C are governed by the laws of India.
• Dispute Resolution:
  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
  • Arbitration proceedings will occur exclusively in Bangalore, India.

10. Changes to the Terms

• Modification Rights: TECHORION AI LLP reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time.
• Notification of Changes: Users will be notified of changes via email.
• Disagreement with Changes: Users who disagree with updated terms may cancel their subscription and delete their account.
