  • No penalties or fees apply for early cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds:
  • All payments made for services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Non-Refundable Services:
  • This includes all subscriptions, usage-based services, and API usage fees.

3. Trial and Plan Changes

• Trials:
  • Navigable AI does not offer a free trial. The trial plan is a paid plan.
• Plan Upgrades and Downgrades:
  • Organizations can switch plans at any time by selecting a new subscription tier.
  • The old subscription will be canceled, and the new subscription and limits will take effect immediately.
  • A new billing cycle will begin upon switching to the new subscription.

4. Processing Time

• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations are processed instantly once initiated by the user through the billing settings.
• Refunds:
  • Since no refunds are offered, there is no refund processing time.
